Beginning his career by installing car parts at Ford Motor Company, Mark's dedication, and aptitude propelled him into key roles such as Officer-in-Charge for the National Distribution Center, Parts Supply and Logistics Senior Analyst, and Senior Business Development Analyst. After retiring from Ford, Mark honed his skills as a consultant, business development manager, and entrepreneur, founding and growing the successful franchising business, ValuePlus.

Recognizing the need for technological innovation in the industry, Mark co-founded AutoServed, an online platform that streamlines the process of automotive servicing for customers. Committed to continuous professional growth, Mark graduated from the Founder Institute, completed a 12-month startup incubation program at the Asian Institute of Management - Dado Banatao Incubator, and earned certification from the Alibaba Global Initiative's program for entrepreneurs.
